I have worked in Jasper industry for 22 month's it's been a great journey , cooperative management but no skills development and carrer growth .

Compensation is decent but growth is slow also there is no on job trainings for fresher's .Hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step .Wich is a pain sometimes

Poor Management decisions, after work life. Third party interference, Decision making is horrible. Appraisal is poor

Too many political issues. The top management will listen all issues except work related. Professional HR's not required. The middle management will take money to resolve employee issues. The director also taken bribe from employees.

Have to follow multiple instructions from multiple persons who are not related to the department which creates lot of delay in simple work
