Their is nothing to like about JCR

...promote people who are always around them and never promote a deserving one. They expect you to work even after working hours and for that they provide no compensation. They will force you to work on weekends, also managers says i am ordering you instead of seeking permission for the same and give no leaves on festivals too. Management is zero, even for a smaller thing you have to contact VP of the company, there’s no role of HR or anyone. They do fake promises to give appraisal to retain you but you will never get the appraisal, they will give you excuses like we will have to ask the CEO of the company to increase the salary of an RA.

I have been working at JCR more than five years and my experience is simply amazing. The company has nice work culture and offers good perks.

Starting package for fresher is less compare to other companies

There is nothing to like abot jasper colins. Only perk is the high compensation they offer but that too looses its charm when the office politics of 1 senior manager comes into play.

...ation to higher management and get them fired without any reason. Total tyranny. DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY NO MATTER HOW LUCRATIVE COMPENSATION THEY OFFER because it wont matter since you'll not have personal time.
