Good salary , food facility is excellent . Lots of things to learn as it is a research centre . Learnt a lot by managing many new cases .

Growth is very slow as the promotion is based on seniority and not as per our capabilities and strengths.

...lok hospital don’t give incentives on time to doctors after promising also….they don’t give bonus on Diwali and the work culture is also very toxic. They don’t even provide food to doctors and if they are providing they provide at a very higher cost and their food quality is also worst

Personal work experience in JHRC is good. But the management of HR is little silly may sometimes affect the work. Senior's behaviour is good.

... more issue about HR management and they are not given good answer to employees. Even sometimes they create issue about salary.
