The salary that they give is better than market average. Though there are few unreliable employees, there are few really good colleague.

There no work life balance at all. You'll have to work on weekends. No job security. You'll have to forget about respect too, the TL doesn't mind about who's around and what is the situation, if you don't achieve your target you get shouted in front of the whole office. Obviously you'll have to work extra time regularly.

Salary is credited on 10th of every month Favouritism and internal politics is unfair to hardworking employees. The AVP of Bangalore does not have any manner all he does is yell at the employees. You perform or not no one is satisfied. The pressure is extreme for the salary they pay and it is more like jail than work no sick leaves will be approved even it is emergency serious health problem or accidents they force to come to office with the threat of holding salary. And finally the women employees are treated very ill as the AVP has no basic manners to address his employees. Do not join the company if you have self respect and are honest straight forward person. M-S is working 10am-7pm and sunday holiday but they force you to work 10-10 and make you come on sundays too. I have worked continuously for 22days without break too multiple times. They want someone who will listen to all the verbal abuse and still keep quite.

No work-life balance, you would be asked to work even on holidays. Will be in a situation to run behind the target no matter what. Will be asked to work more than the work hours.

...s a terrible company, no work life balance, no holidays and zero job security. Only there is one good point that they offer a decent starting salary around 30k/month but job is very much insecure.

I did not like any aspect of it.

I was hired via campus placement for the position of Business Development Executive, and was offered a decent salary on offer letter before hiring. As I joined the organization I was served the Appointment letter 4 days later, the Appointment letter was very different from the Offer Letter and the salary that was promised in the offer letter was changed on Appointment letter. In addition to this the Company gives training to the employees, but unlike any other company, during the training period an employee is not paid and this was neither mention on offer letter nor was told to me during my several rounds of interview, also you are asked to do overtime every single day without any pay for it. Further the company does not provides any group insurance for their employees, neither for their dependents. All in all it was not a good experience to work with such an organization.
