Its better to be unemployed rather joining Jardine Henderson Limited, this is the company for those who can perform 'JAHANPANAH TUSSI GREAT HO, TAUFA KABUL KARO' for the board. Local kirana shops are better than this. Their only intension is to sink the business, sell it of and fill their own pocket meanwhile they recruit people, ruin their career, mental and physical health. They love to keep "SLAVE" rather appointing employee. The most third class company. I hope my comment help the next person to take decision wisely.

decisions are based on personal interest trust issue grow due to gossips & manipulative behavior Unsafe working environment Inappropriate behavior Male centric company S***** harassment at work Employees sidelined or ignored due to bias Business Head, HR Manager and L&D Manager are the main head who are ruining the company culture & making it toxic for everyone. The 3 are engaged unprofessionally also plans & plots to make employees life hell. Wasting & taking advantage of the company's resources (also money) The company is not bad, but these people are the culprits and should better be kicked off from the company.

It is not a professional company. It is a stagnated and sick company. Top management people are not qualified and they do not have any vision. In fighting among brothers is ruining the company. They will not invest for the development
