Purely an indian company not gives good hike and not good increment. They will reduce your basic salary to increase inhand salary which reduced your pf contribution and reduce your HRA. No learnings they will show there building everywhere and makes false commitment to let you join them. No fixed date of Salary it comes between late 7 to 10 of every month. Medical and gratuity included in salary component medical limit is only 3 lakh cover self spouse and 2 dependable covered cheap plans. Increment rating are done by face no methology and not automation.

Good for career stability. Work done is through hierarchical mode. Great work life balance. Alternate Saturday off. Leaves get approved easily. No micromanagement.

Salary structure and promotion is not at par with industry.

Hectic schedule meshed up with lots of process to manage and pass the levels to secure a sell from lead generation to deliver the material to customer. lots of meetings and explanation required, Full day busy to follow rules and regulations & you didn't get personal space between 10 to 7 PM

...ing. In each and every month they used to change their policies for employees. Your salary will be deducted without informing you. They’ll not tell you about any missing attendance. Zero HR policies. If you’re going to join in Lucknow branch, just trust me blindly, never join in Lucknow branch specially because their branch head is just nonsense, no leadership skill. He is just a puppet and do not have any power to support you. Their all work is full of manual works. There are no automatic approval system. you’ve to visit minimum 8 people per day and share their details at evening, and in review meeting, they’ll read between lines for creating trouble for you. They will tell you to meet- 2 Architects per day 2 builders per day 2 end customers per day 2 dealers per day And one review meeting at every 3rd day. You’ll not be able to give your time to your family, Branch head has no skill of team management. He has got the team of 28 people suddenly but not able to handle such a big team. Do not expect any support from BRANCH HEAD, he will not confident enough to handle any team.
