Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

The company was Excellent in its performance and it was providing a great support to the employees with lots of trainings and guidance. The company was a great contribution to the aviation department it provided verious telented candidates with efficiency and skilled staffs.

Dislikes

The salary was insufficient compering to the efforts and duties.

I'm very happy and I feel very proud to say that I was a part of Janus aviation and wherever I am today is only just of Janus aviation.

Dislikes

Nothing as of now but the only thing was that it was a ground handling agency and the salary was less as compared to other direct airlines.

Only good thing about the company was to get the salary on time.

Dislikes

Growth is not there.There is no proper HR department of the company. company not aware of there maternity leave policy where as government has revised the leave up to 26 weeks. since I have raised my voice against it I have been terminated from my job giving some false statements. After making me work for entire pregnancy up to 8 months they have harrashed me mantally for which I have already taken ligal action.
