It's a worst company, Facilities not good, bathrooms are not cleaned , sometimes water not coming, no drinking water facility, not good canteen food even we pay for it, company not food and accommodation,attendance maintaining system not good, salary benefits very bad, transportation facilities is worst sometimes,they treating employees like animals just don't ask facilities etc.. thier management was worst,no safety for casuals,

Good to do work own discition, Good chance for hard-working, best experience in work.

Dislikes

In my field, there is no boss, there is no department boss, head of the departments, we are not getting technical knowledge, all employees goes own ways. Lowest Salaries providing, that too, not time to time, we can't manage financial issues, there is no good medicals policies, they treating in govt hospital, cheap mentality all management. Upto GM.

Likes

There are so many likes in JANKI corp limited, Bellary. It's fantastic understanding between management and employees. Team work is superb and it improves confident levels in day by day.

Dislikes

In our company is a steel division company. There is some safety precautions was poor i.e in Sponge iron plant and Pellet plant. Because of poor safety precautions sometimes damages and burning occurred.
