... flop organization to work. CEO & Head team member are very bad in conversation. do not pay salary on time. Super bed facilities are available in this org. unsafe place to work for any new comer.

I liked to work independently in t Jvs Engineers company. I worked from Oct 2006 to 13.04.2016 at Jvs Engineers makarpura GIDC as a HR Admin Manager. And Company was takeover by group of joulon and employees transfer to jvs Engineers to JVS Industries Pvt. Ltd. From next date of 14.04.2016 with same positions. I had got good and bad experience from both companies JVS Engineers and Jvs Industries.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics at mngt and the management doesn't address our issues.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role.
