Working atmosphere is not good, there is no respect for teacher who is working there, they send their teaching staffs in hot summer to paste their poster and distribute the pumplets without any rhymes and reasons, no dignity at all from management. If your performance is superb or excellent then they suspected on you despite of praising for the same. So many illitrate persons are working their and showing their utmost arrogance to the teaching staffs. Only non teaching staffs are getting respect over there. That is why not a single person is prefer to work there even more than a years or months. Only few persons who are incapicitate with regard to academic criteria and teaching abilities, only they are working and retained by Janhit. In one line we may say that Murkho ko phauj and Murkho ki Mauj. Thanking You.

Dislikes

There is no job security at all, salary may be reduce after working one year even though your performance is excellent one. Students of BALLB are so rude and ready to show their arrogance like anything. Teammates start talking too much even you cannot imagine to enjoy silence for minute. Teaching staffs may be offered to do the works of clerk. No chance of any growth in your life or personality.

It's Great experience in my initial career and I am very thankfull to Janhit college which provide me an opportunity .

Dislikes

communication gap between teaching faculties and the Administration. And teaching staff always feel insecure.
