...ours 14 hours / day even after working hard earn money they will not paying .... staff and try to hold two month salary.... if you want to leave the job after proper relive also not paid them and labor payment... that also monthly bill holding two month payments.... after working two months they will say the payment only qty basis.... ( no materials supply , No machine , no tools no Workfront for the labor and all the problem from company end and they will blame on labors and they will tell there's no qty for making subcontractor's / labor bill ) then labor contractor will run loosing their money and they will get new labor again the same story will run no payment.... only they will give Rs 400/head per week advance that's all.... for staff also the same ( not even advance , no food ) they will also loose two month salary then company / No only one man show company forced to leave / run away from there... that the HR and Labor payment Strategy of the company / one man . Mostly 99% people working above 55 age & who passed out from college very fresh working there Because they don't even have chance from other company's. very soon he will close contract / construction and will move safe zone like promotors, property buy & sell own housing.

Everything. Worst company in the world, neither paying salary to staff on time nor even clear outstanding payments of vendors & contractors. Neither complete any project on time nor even retain any project due to unprofessional attitude towards clients.

Worst company in the world. Neither they pay salaries on time to the staff nor even clear outstanding payments of contractors & suppliers. Neither they can complete any project nor they can retain any project due to their total unprofessional attitude towards clients, staff & vendors

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations.
