...est Private sector company i have ever worked in my short professional career. Excellent work culture with a handsome salary. They also provide training time to time as you get pramoted and you also have to go through internal exams to get pramotion and hike.

1. Worst working culture in Chennai Branch 2. Yadhunath is totally unfit for that post and he is not a matured person. Doing more politics internally and affecting other working employees. 3. Always doing duplicate works.

Compensation is good. You can spend enough time with your family.

Dislikes

No coordination between operations and marketing. They will assign target for improvement but management will not allow to do the same. Entire company filled by top people relationship.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

Manufacturing unit 7 Company culture is worst, especially ego politics, worst salary and benefits, bonus gift amount will be deducted from our CTC , they didn't put increment for last year performance, Even if you perform well same percentage of increment for all, no job security, Some sundays would act as an working day, If loss of pay exceeds certain limit they will deduct next year CL leave automatically, no games no relaxation area, there is no cafeteria. Finally To put in single word it's a worst company culture . Think before join this company. If you are about to join this company get salary hike as much as possible.
