The person can make money very easily. No control on financials,

Dislikes

...st terminate employees like don't come from tomorrow without any valid reasons. Even after 6 months also not ready to pay gratuity to the employees.

Very Friendly office, nice place to work with.

Dislikes

Once you resign, they treat you as totally different. No one should resign. If you resign , no employees should have any interaction with you. If the management come to know that you have any contact with old resigned employees. They will be scolded by VP Madhusudan and MD Jagadish Kotian
