On time salary is the only thing that is good.

PLS READ THIS Almost everything. I did not believe in reviews here and when I joined, I realised that what was written negatively here was indeed true. 1. No support from operations team. Simple account opening takes a week. 2. Lethargic management who does not work on special requests by Ultra HNIs. Just know how to yell at employees for not getting business while ignoring the business they have got to them. 3. Branch Managers change employee codes while logging in cases so that their favourite person is shown higher in MIS. 4. Employee ID creation, access to system can take more than a month. 5. Constant calls from seniors does not give time to work. Managers force to attend these calls and keep aside other work. 6. Old employees boss over new joinees and make sure they do not succeed. 7. No access to existing clientele given as relationship manager. 8. Only the favourites of the branch manager get the leads generated from HO. Others do not get anything. 9. Work starts at 8.45am and we leave office at 8.30pm. Anything before is frowned upon by the management.

What I did not like in jana small finance bank is the response of the HR management, any hearing of the employee is not taken care of, if remembered after a long time, hardly any work can be done on time, otherwise it is pending cases are not resolved quickly, I did not like the atmosphere there for the girls.
