Don't get fooled by their google reviews, those people force their employees to type good feedback. Here some senior employees play very chep politics. While working here I got a chance to sit next to many seniors, some of them are always used to provoke me unnecessarily. There is any employee his name is Abhishek Khare Once I was sitting next to him , he made a gun like shape with his fingure and hit me hard on my head. That day someone was murdered in a similar way in the news maybe he was provoking me to remember. Once a colleague of mine suddenly started having stomach pain. When he told this to his team leader, the team leader made fun of him so much that he left the office on the next day . I saw all this in front of my eye. They didn't give me my experience letter. When I messaged them to ask for it, they blocked me thinking problem get solved by blocking me. I am telling you through this feedback that in the coming times this company will not even exist. There are so many things that if I sit to write. I can write a complete diary. Anyway, I am writing feedback so that no one else has to start their career again.

There senior are not well trained not groomed as per their experience, only except 1-2 not more than the worst company for freshers as well as for experience. They seems supportive but there blend of dirty politics. The most toxic company you always feel frustrated. Note : this not about pressure because this always be there in other companies too

Job Security: ⭐⭐⭐ I feel relatively secure in my role, which is reassuring in today's uncertain times. Skill Development / Learning: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ One of the highlights of working here is the emphasis on skill development and continuous learning opportunities. Work Satisfaction: ⭐⭐⭐ Overall, I find satisfaction in my work, although there are occasional challenges. Company Culture: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I genuinely appreciate the positive and inclusive company culture that fosters collaboration and creativity. Overall, while there are areas for improvement, Jamtech technologies provides a supportive environment for personal and professional growth.

... a good leadee but it seems that they did not give my compensation ,my 13th mos.pay,my last salary and my coe( cert.of employment it they say they will process it within 30 working days .but iits about 2 mos.already when they terminate me.but still they didnt pay me ..my concern was they have to pay what their worker work for...because the worker or their employee have their right to ask and receive theirbenefitts and salary its in the law .

Not giving the right compensation on time..for being not responsible to their employees needs..for not realeasing the last pay and for not giving the 13th mos.pay in proper time and date.for not being responsible company..any employees have their right to be proper compensate..so please do your job for attending what your employees ask..

Hilarious experience with this company. HR’s totally lacks professionalism professionalism. Don’t waste your precious time there by interviewing. First they will try to know how badly you want that job then they will use that as a weakness against you. They will give 10k per month and want you sign a bond for 1 year . But initially they will tell you that they have a budget of 10k to 15k.
