For Employees perspective, Good Package(Salary with Paid leaves), Food & Accommodation is very important, if this things are not there either Employee leave the company or quality of service won't reach up to mark.
Employees should also feel that there are in the right place.
All over India Naturalist has been treating badly by not providing proper Package with many others, when it comes to Lodge Managers they will have good Package. Guest spend more time with the Naturalist 5-12+ hours continually keeping there expectations reach the top in the wild with the happiness and memories, but Naturalist should has been treating like a shit
