Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Amazing Guest experience, Great plan and design of camp, I have experience wilderness from wilderness camp.

Dislikes

Salary and food for Naturalist. GM and Head Naturalist spreading negative feedback on me which is not true.

The Best Location in Pench TR. Freedom to work in our own ways(keep guest happy & send them back with Memories). Freedom to Interact with Guest. Having meals with the Guest(if they like) or accompanying for Dinner. Social services(with CSR Fonds) Having personal time. Providing loans for the employees with 0% of interest. Work environment. Working continually for 7-8 months(season)(option to take leaves in between) & taking leaves for 4-5 months(offseason)(including paid leaves), this helps to spend time with our family and friends, involving in different skillset courses, traveling, involving wildlife conservation projects, exploring, wildlife filmmaking and much more.

Dislikes

Package Low Salary even when working with top class lodge, camp or resort. Low paid leaves when working 12+ hours and continually for 7-8 months. Food for Naturalist is NOT GOOD(when we are not hosting)(food is important who comes from other states) Need to keep some standard. For Employees perspective, Good Package(Salary with Paid leaves), Food & Accommodation is very important, if this things are not there either Employee leave the company or quality of service won't reach up to mark. Employees should also feel that there are in the right place. All over India Naturalist has been treating badly by not providing proper Package with many others, when it comes to Lodge Managers they will have good Package. Guest spend more time with the Naturalist 5-12+ hours continually keeping there expectations reach the top in the wild with the happiness and memories, but Naturalist should has been treating like a shit
