A good starting package as fas as Yamunanagar location is concerned.

Dislikes

Terrible work culture, increments decided on personal likes and dislikes of management rather than performance. No defined work area and standard. Worst work life balance. Hard to take any leave for any work.

Compensation is good but growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high. Senior management do not value an individual unique strengths,which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the times. I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
