Dislikes

Terrible work culture, increments decided on personal likes and dislikes of management rather than performance. No defined work area and standard. Worst work life balance. Hard to take any leave for any work.

The company is open to innovation and readily latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that makers reliable,high quality products and has a global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is good but growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high. Senior management do not value an individual unique strengths,which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the times. I do receive appreciation from my clientes many time but they mostly go unnoticed during appraisals.

This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA.
