...this company, First time, I'm facing this worst experience in my whole life. Mr. Pankaj Srivastava (Founder) pending all employees salary of near about 5 to 6 month and when employees ask for salary then given date and date but his payment date not coming till now. I'm very disappointed and regularly asking for my salary then he was taking my resignation forcefully but not given salary till now. Very poor company Jamesons Info Solutions!

Fake Company! Mr. Pankaj Srivastava (M.D.) failed to pay my salary from 4-5 month. He is only given dates and dates but his payment date is not coming till now. Mostly employees quit this fake startup company just because of salary issues... Very Poor Experience...

Only my seniors are good, who always supporting me..

Dislikes

Very poor office environment, not having any quality projects and always facing salary issue. My last 4 month salary was pending here and when I asking to give my salary, boss take my resignation. Don't recommend anyone to join this worst company.

Terrible experience working here! Jamesons Info Solutions consistently fails to pay salary on time, after so many request to management my own salary is pending for 3 months till now. This company is not having any future goals or vision. I request to everyone, don't join such type of worst company to spoil your career.

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
