...Got to learn a lot of new things. 2) The upper management is very cooperative. 3) Salary is always on time. 4) Extra compensation on taking early morning or late night batches. 5) Good appraisals if you're sincere and smart working.

Work culture only people do buttering then you can stay and also get good hike otherwise nothing might Wil terminate in 2-3 month do not provide FD which they deduct 1 month need 2 month notice period if you leave in 1 month you amount gone I lost 70k in that company

...There is no pressure of work as such, given you are coming and going on time. You get salary on time, no matter what.

Dislikes

NO WORK-LIFE BALANCE! You have to work 6 days, 8 hours on weekdays and 9 hours on Sat-Sun. Senior leadership is the worst. As long as you are working, no one pays head to HOW you work.
