Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 8-10 hours straight in a day as Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

Jama Corporation is very well managed company & taking extreme care in supporting through Covid-19 lockdown. All the Covid-19 requirements are being taken care which includes wearing of face mask, sanitization, non contact automatic temperature measurement of each person present in factory or office area. Each aspect of employees Health & Safety is fully taken care.

not much better,but almost average marking in every field,as job security ,working culture, politics in every sector as management or company policies it's depend only MD mind.

Dislikes

compensation is decent,but growth is very slow,but work pressure is very high sometimes,i have to work 9to10hrs in a day,sometimes late into night but manager do not appreciates,but senior folks like me have to guide them step to step, which is a painfull sometimes.
