Nature of Boss is very helping. Steps of work procedure

Dislikes

Dictatorship nature of higher authority after company boss. They try to change nature of person forcefully to act according their expectations. Some of them force,mentally torture you on your langauge,speaking accent without understanding you. When we speak or ask or tell or write something they mentally torture you about how we are wrong and how they are right for hours. They make their own assumptions on your any action and give lectures for hours without understanding motive of your that action. If you speak counter them their ego gets heated and they find new point to satiesfy their ego. No freedom of speaking or expression if you try it at the end you have to work under same peoples. Its like you are against Hitler and his thoughts but in reality you are working under his controll so how can you resist. Job is not secure. Daily 2-3 times you will get warnings like your job is not secure and this make mentally weak to work. Company Boss not know this things and if you try to tell him at the end you have to work inder these peoples and they are master in mental torture. Yes nobody is 100% skilled or master in English language. People slowly learn and develop according to surrounding. Showing one side that we have given time to learn things and other side mentally torturing,chewing teeths on employee is not right thing. Employee moral gets down. No place for feelings No place for opinion No job security
