Salary disbursement lacks transparency and is often delayed by months, causing financial stress for employees.The work life balance is poor, as employees are sometimes not allowed to leave on time. Certain departments, lunch as HR and Graphic designer team, exhibit unprofessional and disrespectful behavior, with creates a hostile work environment. Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
