Salary disbursement lacks transparency and is often delayed by months, causing financial stress for employees.The work life balance is poor, as employees are sometimes not allowed to leave on time. Certain departments, lunch as HR and Graphic designer team, exhibit unprofessional and disrespectful behavior, with creates a hostile work environment. Employees are often pressured to leave 5 star reviews for the company, which undermines the credibility of its online reputation.👎👎👎👎👎
