.... Good work life balance. Perks and pranks are in proper as per the market rate. Salary on time.

Improvements are in place for making various business policies. Extensive tours in my role but its good to gain knowledge.

Very secure for ladies and our Managing Directors behaviour are very good and they respect specially ladies employes.

Dislikes

Salary and other facilities like health and education of child should be added of newly confirmed employees. If one Saturday should be added in a month as a holiday.

The organisational culture and the approach of the management. Best part is it is providing PF ,ESI, Health Insurance, Bonus etc. Statutory compliance. It's really great to work with the management as well as the colleagues.

Nothing, worst company and unscrupulous founding and Executive team. No culture and it runs like a lala company.

Dislikes

Use less. No salary not on time site. No job Security. HR policy 3rd class. HR Department very slow. Time pass company, no work. culture. No leave policy, no medical leave, no work no pay based company.

EMPLOYEES ARE VERY CORDIAL TO EACH OTHER. COMPANY ENCOURAGES BONDING AMONG EMPLOYEES.

VERY SHORT GRACE PERIOD. SALARY OF HALF DAY WILL BE DEDUCTED ,IF THE EMPLOYEE REACHES OFFICE TWNTY-FIVE MINUTES LATE. THIS IS VERY DEMOTIVATING FOR AN EMPLOYEE WHO WORKS NINE HOURS PER DAY.
