Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

1. You will get good learnings and knowledge 2. Employees are friendly with new employees

Dislikes

1. High politics 2. Rivalaries in departments due to conjusted workspace 3. Low job security (Company terminates anytime whenever they want) and toxic culture 4. Bad HR policies 5. Uneven opportunities to employees / Less management 6. Not good for experienced people and outcomers 7. Low management (owner expects work done by employees themselves)

There you have to work without relying on anyone and you have to solve every problem on your own so you get in the habit of working independently and learn a lot.I learned a lot from it and I benefited from my hard work. They accepted it and gave me an award.
