No job security. Too much politics. Work load. Interference of Corporate Office. 6 day & Strict timing in Plant. Variable salary part is doubted. Negotiate on fix salary only, don't focus on variable. Plant Head is a Madrasi, nothing he knows but behave like a dictator. Cocurricular activity has been stopped.

The work environment is very good to work here, and the best thing is that the salary will hit your account on last day of the same month.

Only thing I liked is that Jakson have great leaders but worst management. My 30% salary got deducted after my joining of 5 months. And haven't got any appraisal by the next year also. And because of which I certainly give up after 1.8 months only.

Jakson is good company for fresher to start career with average salary and more learning opportunities, handling pressure situations. To understand technicalities in energy sector. People are good and supportive. There is lot of scope to improve in communication skills and daily work management. Associate gets responsibility for handling works for various departments and can develop versatility.

Dislikes

There is no proper planning and execution of demand and production activities. Top management Decision making is volitile and energy sector has overall volatile business. So Demand variation hampers the business which eventually hampers financial growth and appraisals. There is fire fighting for production activities. Attrition rate in some departments is more (eg PPC, IE, quality) due to work pressure and demand volatility.
