I've learned basic knowledge in accounting, taxation,etc.

Dislikes

... wants to know about what an employee's view on there concerns and exploitation. Employee cost on stipend or even though salary is very poor. And they have strict working time thats not even feasible for an on site employee.

Being a senior associate we get the full control over the work and this help us to study more and have good experience in working. This makes you more confident further.

Dislikes

The terms are not at all employee friendly even the payscale.

This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
