First and foremost i would like to give a brief description about this consultancy. In 2008, It was founded by Mr. Naveen Jaitly an IIT Delhi Alumni holding an experience of 20 like years at that time. He also worked in The UK as Chartered Engineer (he reported to the majesty) and also in Africa as a Structural Engineer. He has a knack to visualise the problem and solve it with the right approach. It is a quality he wears up on his sleeve. I finished my Master's programme in 2017 and joined the firm in the same year. It was unlike those big fancy consultancy offices but carried a way of its own subtle work aura. The team was well supportive and cooperative. I was exposed to number of residential and commercial projects both in RC and Steel during my tenure. What i liked while working at JA was the learning process which one essentially needs during the beginning of his/her career.

Dislikes

1. Management is unorganised. 2. Zero incentives and benefits with no yearly appreciation. 3. Work operation and quality of output is not up to it.
