...f you get some benefit that means you are going get a new deduction scheme. e.g. Company used to give bonus few years back but staff asked for paid leaves and they gave 21 days paid leaves and bonus was deducted, Monthly 2 half days were allowed for any personal work. and timing was 10.30 - 6.30 but staff asked for Insurance then the half days given monthly was cancelled and the office timing was 10.00 - 6.30 after that and insurance was given. So before joining here please be ready for deduction. Here you have to do multitasking beyond your task lists.
