... not good for teachers and there's is no seating for teachers also the admin is very very bad * lots of deductions in salary * very bad work culture * There is no skill development * only clerk work for all (Assistant Professors) * Accommodation is also very bad for faculty in the hostel * Mess food is very very bad * The management is full of idiots and very Illiterate People * There is no respect to an assistant professor treated like a clerk * if you become an assistant professor then do not start your career with this organization this university is only for non-talented persons if don't known anything then this organization is good for you

The worst University I seen ever. I joined and resigned immediately. They deposited original marksheet, asking one month salary both as security, 10 hrs working with almost no holidays. Above all with one person wanted to take three person work. I strongly suggest please do not apply here neither job nor for study. After begging finally retuned certificates after two day torture.

...ely payments which is on the 15th of each month. Cons Holds original document 10% deduction from salary in the name of security. three months prior notice is to be served to resign and delay in salary.

three months notice and delay in salary during the notice they club any three continuous leaves into Leave without pay if leave is not sanctioned they deduct double of salary per day

Timings, means nobody wants there to unnecessarily bound you after official timings (9:30-4:30)..staff was chill

...they will submit your original documents so that you cannot leave when you want. If you want to leave through their irrational rules, they will deliberately deduct your salary by giving lame excuses. 2. Staff is highly under salaried . after being NET qualified they were giving me chiller(16200). 3. Forget self respect. Director and other higher officially can anytime scold you in front of students. 4. Students are over charged and they themselves claim that they will get degree because of money. 5. 30 days leave per year, 6 days working week. If due to any reason you fall sick, no sick leaves , no earned leaves. But even if you fall sick may b possible your job is gone. 6. There is zero job security, anytime anybody can say, don't come tomorrow . Only a person who don't have any self respect and needed money can join this university. I will recommend to join any private local school to choose rather than is haunted place.

There is no job security, company policies are bad.

Dislikes

They give very less salary. Moreover they cut down the salary by giving any sort of excuses. They dont provide outcome based education to students. Although they claim and promote tjat they are the best quality educatikn provider in Rajasthan. I could not dind any employee sarisfied there. All are afraid of management due to their unethical and mischievious orders.
