Timings, means nobody wants there to unnecessarily bound you after official timings (9:30-4:30)..staff was chill

This is a terrible university, let I support my assertion with reasoning 1. First of all they will submit your original documents so that you cannot leave when you want. If you want to leave through their irrational rules, they will deliberately deduct your salary by giving lame excuses. 2. Staff is highly under salaried . after being NET qualified they were giving me chiller(16200). 3. Forget self respect. Director and other higher officially can anytime scold you in front of students. 4. Students are over charged and they themselves claim that they will get degree because of money. 5. 30 days leave per year, 6 days working week. If due to any reason you fall sick, no sick leaves , no earned leaves. But even if you fall sick may b possible your job is gone. 6. There is zero job security, anytime anybody can say, don't come tomorrow . Only a person who don't have any self respect and needed money can join this university. As faculty members leave this university very frequently there is always shortage of staff, so all faculty members are over occupied. Students are least interested in studies . so work is quite boring.

Everything, my experience was very bad as there is no respect of doctors in this university. They delay salary for 2-3 months every time, they treat a doctor like a roadside labourer. D I don’t want to suggest anyone to go here at any cost. They were asking me to pay 3 lac rupees for shifting my nmc biometric id, I complaint in nmc then they shift my id after 3 months.

Salary depends upon your negotiation skills. At least the salary is paid by the organization as compared to other universities in Jaipur who are not able to pay for months to their employees. Also if you are from out-station, you can ask for free accommodation either on shared basis or individually based on your negotiation skills. Moreover, you will become senior not by putting in years of experience, but because your seniors will come and go and technically you will be old senior most faculty in the department. There is no job growth, no promotional scenarios. Salary is paid by the end of next month so they hold equivalent of two months salary. No PF benefits, no maternity leave, one does not even get his appointment letter at the time of joining and you will have to really fight for getting an experience certificate at the time of relieving. They do not provide you salary slips. No transparency at all. Above all very poor work culture, too much departmental politics. They are flouting rules of accreditation body whether its UGC, MCI, BCI, AICTE, NAAC. No humanity in management. Just one person rule everybody else is just a slave. Can even make you stay back in the office by suspending the biometric machine at the whim of the owner....Read More
