...onment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good, appraisal and fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joinees.

I love to do job in jaipur golden hospital i have spend 2.7 year there and I think that was a bestest time of my life that I spend with my new family include doctor ,staff ward cleaning staff an all I dislike in this is less salary no promotion bad management but over all this is best

Here in jaipur golden hospital.i learn alot regarding communication skills and How to have patience in a non empathy environment

The HR department of that hospital was very very non cooperative . Deduct ur salray With in a minute and what to say about ur duty hours they follow there own rules u cnt get medical if u r sick u have come to come to same hospital for the treatment no matter where u live ables to come or not. And if u leave the hospital ur total amount would be 50% deducted.. That is so terrible.. Unfair.
