...ment is transparent . There is a huge cateteria and gaming arcade for chilling . Company policy are good appraisal company policy are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year .

There is a lot off politics and the management doesn 't adress our issues .salary is decent but career growth is slow . There is a bind of 2 years before witch you canot resige , on the job training is not give to new joiners

I have done the best for myself and for my current organization I strongly felt that it's high time to move to a new place and develop a fresh perspective with the competitive role that you are offering I have been working with the company 15 years now I need to push my self to the next level and for that and for that a change was required I am relocating and the job in too for from my house also, this job best suits my skills and experience and dedication qualification the plus point is I can easily pot extra hours to my work rather than is commuting .

Township near of plant area. Clean Atmosphere and less traffic rush.

Dislikes

Yearly increment very poor. Only 500-600rs And promotion also not fixed...may be in 4yr or 8yr. Area Located in pure Village. Less vehicle and train connectivity. Good Hospitals and schools not available near 40-50KM. Only basic facilities are available.
