Nothing is positive in that retail shop. Readymade garments purchase from ludhiana local factory and sell on high rate. The attitude of onwer Rakesh Jain is very poor towards employees. The main objective of that shop is profit maximization by hooks or crocks. Jainsons is not an organization but it's a retail shop. of one man.

Dislikes

No idea about HR Department to the Mr Rakesh Jain and Rahul Jain both are non professional. No employees engagement activities, No welfare programs, No leave Encashment, very less incentives paid to sales persons. One person of account dept has handle all over working of shop like HR, Accounts, operation administration etc.

managed by some bunch of stupid ( no offence ) who don't know about the work ethics and lazy . They don't know about the timeline and work when someone kick their butts. Pathetic team , management . People are working their from last 10-15 years and don't want to move . They also know that no one will take them to their

i have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not have an individuals unique strengths, which is why i ave to take back my suggestions most of the times.
