Firstly the work life balance is very poor, job security and appraisal is not good. Old tradition of work is going and work keep going hardly and labourous not smartly.

Jains do fraud in the name of the tool and give the job location of another company. I went to vmc, could not stay for more than 3 days. The seniors there are very irritating. Too much irritating.

Nice work invoirement and culture. Jain Tools make critical engineering products with best quality and productivity. Teammates are supportive.

I think, there is need a canteen and dress code also.
