Regular gives health advisories, suggestions & not compulsory to do work. When it’s need then do your work.

Dislikes

Main issue regarding salary it’s not on time. Not as much as we need. Appraisals take too long wait for it & not satisfactory appraisals they give. No any one addresses issues related to employee.

You will get lots of practical knowledge here. Opportunity to learn new skills.

Dislikes

Delays in salary & increment process. Like first month salary you will get in third month, second month salary you will get in fourth month & not on a fix date. Though you have previous years of experience, HR will treat you as a fresher. You will face difficulties in clearance process.

Jain as a brand (Known only to its customers, that is all) Wide range of products, one can get good knowledge of irrigation, pipes and plumbing products. Free KHICHDI AND BANANA for lunch. - Provides free accomodation for few days for new joinees. One can only grow if they are reporting directly to the Owners. The owners are sensible and mature enough to understand the things.

...ar as per the pro rata basis of the leaves you have taken in the previous years. So, If a new joinee has taken any leaves in his 1st year of joining then that will be loss of pay and his leaves will get deducted from the 2nd year leaves. So for an individual LOSS OF MONEY. - Company only gives you 15 leaves every year and that is all. No further comments on this. I do not know why are they even giving this much of leaves too. - Providing Festival leaves and Sunday leaves are totally depend upon the owners. Most of the time employees have to REPORT TO OFFICE ON FESTIVAL HOLIDAYS. Though they get the compensatory off. DELAY IN SALARY: Salary is always delay minimum to minimum by 2 months to endless. DELAY IN DEPOSITING OF PF AMOUNT: HR delays payment almost by a year on the portal. So loss on interest on PF amount. - Majority of the employees are family members of someone or another in some sense. Hence, generations are working here with no goal of development and improvement. - Too much of biasness amongst each other. - COLD WAR AMONGST employees of different levels, different departments and special HODs. Because of which people working down the line get screwed up. Work as a household business or a Family business The cons are endless. - No work from home culture. - If you are planning to join then should not use your brain, skills and ideas because these things do not have any value here. The people will work and follow the old pathways and traditional processes as always. - People are no open minded. So, even if we try to suggest any good processes you will denied straight forward in such a harsh manner that henceforth you will never provide any suggestions. - Company is too backward to work for. - Old colleague does not like the new joinees. - Very POOR IT infrastructure. - HOD s uses their subordinates for their PERSONAL WORK. - Reporting boss bullying their colleague. - Lots of lots of politics. - Seniors do not know how to use laptops, read and send mails. They order their subordinates to read outs, typing of their mails, taking print outs, attending their calls on their be half etc. no matter what your experience, education and qualifications are. Top of that they also says to other departments that they have hired people to attend their calls and mailing. - People are very to very egoistic. - Pay scale is under pay. - You will be invited and have to be present on number of occassions like early morning prayers at 6 am, if any guests are coming for dinner as in you are just puppet of their helling kingdom and you cannot deny it. There is too much to write about but I believe this much is sufficient to get an idea about where are you going into.
