The company is open to innovation and readily latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable,high-quality product and has a global client base.But on site travel is completely dependent on your project and client location.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow from one year.The work pressure is very high sometime I have to work 18-22 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into night.Higher authority do not value an individuals unique strengths,which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.I do receive appreciation emails from my client.

... Job security is 90 percent. Career growth is very very slow in terms position. Salary increment after 3 years 30 percent but starting salary is very low. Travel allowance is very good. No politics. Good learning for starting 1 year only. Work environment is very well. Every 6-7 month new innovation and work life balance is ok

Did not like anything except surrounding environment. All green and hills.

Pathetic work policies, no work freedom, generally 2 month late salary, very bad increments, low quality mentality, slow growth and yes filled with filthy internal politics.

You will get lots of practical knowledge here. Opportunity to learn new skills.

Dislikes

Delays in salary & increment process. Like first month salary you will get in third month, second month salary you will get in fourth month & not on a fix date. Though you have previous years of experience, HR will treat you as a fresher. You will face difficulties in clearance process.
