Team mates are good, no training will be provided, no job security no career growth, no salary if the works are not completed on time, Salary will be hold for many employees with no reasons. Waste of time and energy in working with this conservative peoples

I was happy to be a part of Jain housing for past one year. The staff members are good to communicate and response. And quality wise it's so good. We are highly satisfied and comfortable to work in a peaceful environment. And I had a fantastic experience with this company. Finally I got a good experience and knowledge from jains.

Can improve yourself, seniors are very down to earth and they value our suggestions, everyone will value your work, that will be very encouraging to work efficiently.

Wrost 3rd class company, usless & such bad company, people who joined or going to jpin plz dont do that mistake , because they not treat as employee . they things paying money and purchased a person so they do what ever and as sold person we has to do same . such a 3rd class company !!!

Working culture is flexible and working time also flexible. Working time : 9.30Am to 6.30Pm(Monday to Saturday flexible timing) All are staff should be friendly.

Dislikes

Salary Appraisal is very bad. Labour payment is very delay.
