Salary growth is very slow . There is lot of politics in the company . The notice period after the resignation is very long for all the employees working in the company.

Likes

Absolutely good infrastructure and colleagues. So much work occupancy that one doesn’t know how time flies and hours get converted into days, weeks, months and years.

Dislikes

Behaviour of certain people, who lack substance, but are at the top because of seniority and “yesman-ship” But I feel it’s an organisational loss all the more.
