There is a lot of politics in this company. No staff member works with full understanding of his responsibility and does not understand anyone's compulsion. I would just like to suggest that if the company has to grow further, then everyone will have to work together.

My company very good management system and flow rule regulation ISO, ans also very good communication Top management system between employed. I am long some time doing job this company and no anything problem.

No bus available employed and staff doing for job, no canteen facility.
