Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

...removed from the college due to corona impact without any 1 month prior notice . Even last month salary was not given to me (June 2020) even though I still had the appointment letter of 2 years (2019 - 2021)... If you belong to sindhi community then your job is safe over there for lifelong . If you are not sindhi then you must have strong political God Father .

Dislikes

Old faculties especially the department where I worked (electronics) teach many practicals in wrong way .. I know this because I am ME qualified in electronics subject .
