Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

The only one thing that I liked in this company is that dynamic work profile. I had to deal with all kind of jobs.when I used to work in this firm I would travelled all over the Pune .or sometimes outside Maharashtra also. So it gives us a good platform to know different types of people's ,places, culture etc.

Time is the main issue with this company. No basic facilities are provided by this company .no Bus no canteen,no PF, no Medical ect.
