Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

because this company is a rising compny with it's most saleable brand sakrnee plster & wall putty & at that time i have a great opportiunity to work in this company that wise i jonne jai durga plaster industries wich we can say sakrnee plster pvt ltd(as market name)

i never dislike working at jai Durga Plaster Industries.there was a big reason to drop this industry because there was helt a big problem in my family which was personal that's why i hvae been go on leave withot any notice.& my this problem take approx 2 or 4 moth to solve out & bec of this i come back afterter very late which i against copmany rule.
