...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give gidd salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is alot of politics and the mangement doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

If you want to learn anything related machine or process then this company is sepcial for you. 12 hrs per day means you can able to work anywhere anytime with full energy I your personal life.

Dislikes

12 hrs a day. Not a systematic culture. Inspection level is great but not growth on quality assurance
