1.Good supporting team is surrounded.Good safety measure is taken company .Time to time training is provided.

Dislikes

1.Salary is very low as compared in market . 2.As per dress code difference is there in behaviour and work load is same but huge salary difference is there. 3.There is no difference between other contract and jbts .only Leave difference is there .minner difference in salary in jbts and other contract . 3.Increment is basically done 5% but generally in market 10% is given 4.person working in staff post is gitting less compared to working in plant . don't understand the reason.

The company is opento innovation and readily adopts latest technolgy . i love the fact that i am a part of the team ,High -quality products and has a Jindal steel ltd base.As a result , I get to blast furnes quality production & Menpower especially .Another plus point is that My colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collabboration .I also like the employee re-hire policy here

Dislikes

Compention is decent ,but growth is slow .the workpressure is very. sometimes ,i have to work 14-16 hours straint in a day.
