There is only one man army i.e HR department. Work culture. No one can support you if you are in trouble. There is all of security person who are not respect to sr. Employer.because of they are under hr.

JBPL culture is very good. Job is also 90% secure. Management is supporting and positive for his staff (except some persons). Company policies are sometime in favour to employee and some time in favour to company. I have proud to I am part of JBPL. For learning company is very best.

Staff of the Company is well Qualified.Work presure is Normal . Very good Environment . Staff is not so rude . All of the staff members working are working with dedication . All are Supportive .

Salary must be Genuine .Salary is low . Overtime ,Yearly bonus is not so good and genuine acc to me .
