...ng slangs and foul languages are common habits. Learning opportunities are none. Salary irregular, it frequently delays beyond 2 months. Only those people gets promotions and salary hike who are close to higher management. No value for qualification or ability are given. The whole plant stays covered with thick smog throughout the year. HRD does not pay a heed to any complaints or problems faced by the employees.

Very bad management, very bad salary update every month delay payments, no increment every year. And also there no respect for company stuff and also very bad work envirom3nt, no safety. I want to give 0 star rating but there no option available for that.

MANAGEMENT DOES NOT ADRESS OUR ISSUES . SALARY AND CARRIER GROWTH BOTH ARE POOR. SALARY IS ALL TIME DELAYED BY 2 /3 MONTHS WHICH YOU CAN NOT TOLERATE . IF YOU NOT SERVING THE NOTICE PERIOD THAN THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU YOUR PENDING SALARY .

It's ok to start working here but not a plant for settle as nearly no increment

Salary is low wrt other company and no increment, and most important too many unnecessary manager who will keep on watching at you, SIC feel themselves as God level... Anyway, do your part, get experience and leave... that's it...
