At first, company is good... Working hours about 8 hours or, 12 hours...

Dislikes

Salary is not satisfaction... Growth is slow... People's behavior is not so good... Management is not so good... At last company is good because I employee here... We have noticed that they clear the salary very late, or, delay... Sometimes pending 1 or, 2 Months salary...

Job security is very good here, only one positive Gives salary after 20th of next month, no permanent month for yearly increment, can have increment in a year or not, gives Puja bonus of 6 months in a year not of 12 months, doesn't give release letter if you resign by not following notic period, no Sweets or anything from in any festival, much lesser total leave amount of an employee than other steel plant, internal increment occurs of many employees who are adept in polishing their superiors

Jai bala ji company best company.I really enjoyed working in the company. I quit working for my family.
