Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

there is only one thing which is good in jagmohan motors is that salary in on time like 1st of month is 1st of month no matters sunday or other holidays are there. infact in covid -19 time they give full salary to all the employees

there are many disadvanteges to work with jagmohan like they can any time say. you don not come office tommoro and they can say you are out and and you are out without pay

Teammates are good . No Job security . Salary is not good . Travel is at owner risk . Work enviourment is poor . Balance is ding dong.

Dislikes

I dislike Politics of the company. Even Peon thinks that they are the CEO of the company. Employees are very unsupportive. Everyone wants to save their job for that they can do anything.
